1973 by Late Col. D.S. Vohra and his eldest son, Dr. V.J.S. Vohra, who
is registered with Rehabilitation Council of India. Dr. Vohra was the
Director of NPC and later became it's Chairman & Managing Director. Dr.
Vohra is a Senior Consultant in Prosthetics & Orthotics. He is also Hony.
Prosthetic Adviser to Governments of Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh and
Himachal Pradesh.
Dr. Vohra is providing state of the art artificial limbs of Otto Bock
(Germany) and Endolite (UK). He is a Prosthetic - Orthotic Practitioner
and since 1973 has been providing artificial limbs and Orthotic supports
to the disabled patients.
